Job Description: Overall Running of Technical Support Department.
Provide Technical Support over the phone.
Must be willing to Travel for Installations of our product.
Guide on step by step installation process.
Processing Orders.
Vertechs R&D area, tools and equipment.
Support Engineering department in product development, testing and documentation.
Willing to work over time to meet deadlines and completion of projects.
